Atheer Yacoub is a New York based comedian and writer, whose comedy is inspired by her Palestinian-Muslim upbringing in Alabama. Atheer has a half-hour special on Comedy Central Arabia and has been featured on AXSTV's Gotham Comedy Live. Atheer has written for the Emmy Award Winning channel BRIC TV on The Breakdown and Passport Control. She also co-hosts The No Fly List podcast which features funny conversations with other comedians, artists, and interesting people of color. She's also the co-creator of Muslim Girls DTF: Discuss Their Faith, a comedy show about Muslim women, which won the 2020 Laughter Lab award and the 2020 Roddenberry Foundation fellowship award. She has been featured in numerous comedy festivals and tours domestically and internationally.
Sabeen Sadiq can most recently be seen as the lead in the digital series CODE SWITCHED. She will next be opening for Hasan Minhaj on Mar 2 Ithaca NY and Mar 3 Syracuse NY. She was also given a stand-up slot at the now cancelled San Francisco Sketchfest 2022. She was selected for a 2021 JFL New Faces stand up showcase in Chicago and is submitting again this year. She tours nationally as a stand-up comedian on the festival and college circuit. She is fluent in Urdu, Punjabi, Potohari & Spanish.
